During a Tuesday rally in North Carolina, Donald Trump told the audience about how much he enjoys using other people’s money following a report in the Washington Post detailing how Trump used money from his foundation for personal matters.
“It’s called OPM. I do that all the time in business. It’s called other people’s money. There’s nothing like doing things with other people’s money,” Trump said while calling for the Gulf states to pay for safe zones in Syria. “Because it takes the risk — you get a good chunk of it and it takes the risk.”
Trump’s comment follows a Washington Post report that Trump spent a total of $258,000 to settle personal legal problems. The Post had previously reported that the Trump Foundation has mostly used donations from other people, not from Trump itself, in recent years.
In a statement Tuesday night, Trump spokesman Jason Miller blasted the Washington Post report, but the campaign has not responded to the specifics in the Post’s report.
Boasting as an expression of anxiety. It’s like he has a glass skull and you can actually see that disordered mind sputtering and misfiring in real time day to day. So, so creepy.
Oh man, that just BEGS a commercial.
Run his OPM comment, contrasted with his numerous bankruptcies, and finish with a caption: “Would you trust this man to manage your money?”

He needs to go back to safe territory. He’s due for a birtherism outbreak any day.
And of course when they heard that his brain-dead supporters thrust their fists in the air, “Yeah! Fuck yeah!”
Donnie’s supporters doesn’t realize that the “other peoples money” Donnie is talking about is their money.
Dumber than bricks, they are…
