President Donald Trump’s company is searching for a new hotel venture in the nation’s capital, the Washington Post reported Wednesday.

According the the Post, hotel owners around D.C. have heard from representatives of the Trump Organization in search of a location to incorporate into the company’s Scion brand – more affordable hotels that do not carry the Trump name.

The Trump Organization would not own the hotel in question, either, according to the Post, but would instead be paid by its owners for licensing rights and management, a structure favored by Trump in the past.

“Definitely there are groups that say they are going to do a Trump Scion hotel,” Brian Friedman, managing partner of the D.C.-based Foxhall Partners, told the Post. “These are just people running around saying ‘I have money and the brand is Scion.’”

Trump put his sons in charge of his business in an attempt to appear separated from his financial interests as President. He did not divest his business assets, nor did he put them in a blind trust.

The Government Accountability Office announced Tuesday that it would investigate security costs associated with Trump’s frequent trips to his business’ properties. It also announced that it would look into Trump’s promise that he would donate profits generated by foreign governments at his hotels to the U.S. Treasury.
