Donald Trump’s campaign barred a Politico reporter from covering the candidate’s presser Tuesday night at his private Mar-a-Lago club in Florida, according to a new report from the publication.

It is the latest in the saga between the media and Trump’s campaign, following allegations that the GOP frontrunner’s campaign manager threw former Breitbart reporter Michelle Fields nearly to the ground last week.

According to Politico, Trump’s campaign sent an email to reporter Ben Schreckinger confirming his press credentials for the event, only to quickly email back saying that he was denied entry. Schreckinger later was barred from entering the ballroom and was led off of the site.

Schreckinger has regularly covered Trump, and most recently penned a piece that relied on many anonymous sources who painted campaign manager Corey Lewandowski as aggressive presence both on the campaign trail and in his previous work in politics. Lewandowski and the Trump campaign did not respond to a request for comment on the story.
