TPM has obtained a mugshot of Floyd Corkins, the 28-year-old Virginia man who allegedly shot an employee of the Family Research Council earlier this month while carrying 15 Chick-Fil-A sandwiches. TPM obtained the photo from the U.S. Marshals Service through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.
Corkins, who allegedly carried out the shooting because he was upset with the FRC’s opposition to gay rights, was indicted by a grand jury last week. The photo was evidently taken after the blood-stained shirt Corkins had been wearing after the shooting (seen here) was collected by authorities.
