A top Democratic donor on Wednesday launched a campaign intended to push back against the National Rifle Association.
Venture capitalist Kenneth Lerer told the Washington Post’s Greg Sargent that the campaign will include a website — StopTheNRA.com — replete with videos and news articles about the NRA’s activities.
“The point of StopTheNRA is to post and create viral content and put it all in one place to bring ongoing attention to the outrageous positions of the NRA and to continue to bring pressure on the issues,” Lerer told Sargent.
