Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) on Monday compared net neutrality to Obamacare shortly after President Obama expressed support for net neutrality.

Cruz’s communications director Amanda Carpenter followed suit with alarmist tweets about net neutrality.

Obama on Monday urged the Federal Communications Commission to keep Internet providers from offering two different speeds of service and cutting deals with specific sites like Netflix to offer faster service.
