Former NFL quarterback Tim Tebow has joined ABC’s “Good Morning America” to contribute to the show’s regular feature, “Motivate Me Monday.”
ABC announced Thursday that the Heisman trophy winner will join the morning hosts Robin Roberts, George Stephanopoulos and Lara Spencer on Sept. 15, contributing to the weekly segment “featuring individuals and their amazing stories of triumph.”
Tebow, who gained attention on and off the field for his devout Christianity and subsequent philanthropy, already belongs to Disney’s ABC empire, serving as a analyst for ESPN’s SEC Network.
Tebow also appeared on “Good Morning American” in January, telling co-anchor Roberts he looked forward to getting back into the NFL after a hiatus.

Is he still a virgin?
Having Tebow appear on my TV screen will motivate me alright!
Motivate me to change channels…
I think he should be the first individual with the amazing story of triumph. Heisman Trophy winner, playing with not one but TWO professional sports teams and had a lifetime QB rating in the 70s! Now that is an amazing story of triumph!
I had some idiot neighbors who named their notoriously vicious mutt Tebow. I had no idea there was anyone named “Tebow” and thought for some stupid reason they’d named it “Tivo.”
