Former NFL quarterback Tim Tebow has joined ABC’s “Good Morning America” to contribute to the show’s regular feature, “Motivate Me Monday.”

ABC announced Thursday that the Heisman trophy winner will join the morning hosts Robin Roberts, George Stephanopoulos and Lara Spencer on Sept. 15, contributing to the weekly segment “featuring individuals and their amazing stories of triumph.”

Tebow, who gained attention on and off the field for his devout Christianity and subsequent philanthropy, already belongs to Disney’s ABC empire, serving as a analyst for ESPN’s SEC Network.

Tebow also appeared on “Good Morning American” in January, telling co-anchor Roberts he looked forward to getting back into the NFL after a hiatus.
