Police said they arrested a Taco Bell employee early Sunday in Springfield, Mass., after the employee allegedly fired a BB gun at a customer who grew angry when no one took his order.

Springfield Police Sgt. John Delaney wrote on the department’s Facebook page that officers arrested Steven Noska, 26, after responding to a hold-up alarm around 4 a.m. at the restaurant.

Responding officers found a male customer banging at the door who said he had become angry after waiting to give his order at the drive-thru window and eventually went to the door to complain about the service.

An argument between the customer and Noska then grew physical, prompting Noska to go to his car and return with a BB pistol, according to Delaney. The customer alleged that he was shot several times and then struck by the weapon.

Noska also had bite marks on his arm that were allegedly caused by the victim during the altercation, Delaney wrote.

Noska was scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday on two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and one count of assault and battery.

BB gun a dangerous weapon? LOL, gun-o-phobic rant 101.

Thank goodness this employee did not use a gun shaped burrito, which rival in danger only to gun shaped pop tarts.

He served the customer a Beef Stuft Burrito – with 870 calories, 41 grams of fat, 70 milligrams of cholesterol, and 2,200 milligrams of sodium.

Now that’s assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
