Below is a summary, passed along by a senior House aide, of the full list of health-related provisions in the Ryan-Murray budget agreement.

The bill coming up for a House vote Thursday tacks on a “doc fix” to avoid a 24 percent cut in physician payment rates under Medicare in the new year. The bill patches the Sustainable Growth Rate, or SGR, a formula that has been in effect since 1997, for three months and gives doctors a 0.5 percent pay increase.
