Obama deputy campaign manager Stephanie Cutter appears in a new video Thursday, rebutting a line from the Romney camp on federal spending under President Obama. Mitt Romney and the GOP accuse Obama of presiding over a huge increase in federal spending. Cutter uses data and reports from several news outlets, including the Wall Street Journal and FactCheck.org, to refute the claim.
The video is part of a series of videos in which Cutter refutes GOP talking points head-on.
