Megadonor Sheldon Adelson joked Tuesday that he was voting for himself when he showed up to vote in the Nevada caucus, reported The Wall Street Journal.

“I’m voting for myself,” Adelson joked while voting at a high school caucus site, according to the Journal.

Adelson made headlines recently for purchasing the state’s largest paper, the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump reportedly met with him.

Another prominent conservative who showed up to caucus was Gov. Brian Sandoval (R) who specifically caucused for Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), though he said his support was not an official endorsement.

You know, I find that funny (though probably not the way he intended it to be).

Bet he voted for Netanyahu. Nothing better for Adelson than to have him run both countries.

IDF, and my two little boys — our two little boys one of whom will be
bar mitzvahed tomorrow… hopefully he’ll come back [to Israel], his
hobby is shooting and he’ll come back and be a sniper for the IDF…
All we care about is being good Zionists, being good citizens of
Israel, because even though I am not Israeli born, Israel is in my
    heart,…”
