Journalist Sharyl Attkisson is listed as one of the witnesses at Wednesday’s Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on President Barack Obama’s nominee to replace outgoing Attorney General Eric Holder.

As The Hill noted, Attkisson, a former CBS investigative reporter who now contributes to the conservative Heritage Foundation’s Daily Signal, has implied that the Obama administration hacked into her computer because of her work investigating the 2012 terrorist attacks in Benghazi. She has also reported on the U.S. Justice Department’s Fast and Furious operation, for which she won an Emmy.

Attkisson and Catherine Engelbrecht, whose tea party group has accused the Internal Revenue Service of ideological-based targeting, will testify separately from Attorney General nominee Loretta Lynch at Wednesday’s hearing, along with a handful of other witnesses.

Attkisson resigned from CBS in October, reportedly over her frustrations with the network’s alleged liberal bias.
