These days, former Sex Pistols frontman Johnny Rotten is struggling with an addiction slightly less traditional than drugs or alcohol: the rocker is a serious gamer and has spent over $15,000 on iPad apps.
You read that number right: The seminal punk artist recently told The Telegraph that for the past two years he “wasted 10,000 fucking pounds” to feed his need for quality apps.
“I got into Game of Thrones, Game of War, Real Racing, and I just wanted to up and up and up the ante,” the music legend said, cigarette in hand.
“Like an idiot, I didn’t check myself,” he added.

Former Public Image Limited frontman too. He was PIL much much (much) longer than he was in Sex Pistols. I saw him once on Judge Judy too, many many years ago. Can’t remember if he won or lost.
And frankly, PIL was a much, much, much better band.
