MSNBC host Joe Scarborough offered some advice to presidential candidate Hillary Clinton on Tuesday night: Smile.
In reference to the former secretary of state’s speech after a night of primary wins, the “Morning Joe” host tweeted some commentary as she addressed a room of supporters:

Scarborough’s tweet received backlash on Twitter, where many interpreted his comment as a gendered insult toward Clinton, the only female candidate for president.
Joe is such a misogynist twit.
Just a window into how he sees himself, you know…important.
When it’s “for-profit”, the MSM-ers see this in terms of “performance” (like juggling or magic tricks).
