Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia’s cause of death will be ruled a heart attack, a Texas judge told local TV station WFAA on Sunday.

Scalia was reportedly found dead after he didn’t appear for breakfast while at a private residence in the Big Bend area of West Texas. He was 79 years old. Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara told the TV station that his cause of death would be officially listed on the death certificate as a myocardial infarction.

President Barack Obama, who has said he’ll seek a nomination to replace Scalia, ordered flags at half-staff in his honor. Scalia’s body was to be transported on Monday back to northern Virginia, according to the TV station.
