Former Georgia Secretary of State Karen Handel (R) is airing a new ad — her first television campaign ad of the cycle — on Monday touting former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin’s (R) endorsement of her in the Georgia Senate race.

The 30-second ad, which features audio of Palin’s formal endorsement of Handel in April, is being aired across the state on both cable and regular broadcast television, according to Roll Call.

“You know her background, you know her record, the conservative who has walked the walk cutting budgets,” Palin said in the new ad.

Palin has recently been on an endorsement spree, backing a number of GOP candidates in high-profile races around the country. Beyond Handel Palin has also endorsed Florida Senate Majority Leader Lizbeth Benacquisto (R) in the Republican primary for former Rep. Trey Radel’s (R-FL) congressional seat.

  1. This woman is precisely why I will never again give a dime to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. I’m sure I’m not alone in wishing I could get back every cent I ever gave those people. There are far more worthy cancer charities that are, ya know, actually working to cure cancer instead of pushing an idiotic political agenda that is dangerous to girls and women.

  2. Not one cent to the Komen foundation ever again.

  3. So the former half-term governor endorses the woman running for governor, who single-handedly screwed up a breast cancer foundation while working as V-P for public policy?

And somehow this makes them both credible in the eyes of RWNJs.

Not one penny to the SGK Foundation, or one vote for idiots.
