Donald Trump has said he will make make a special announcement with a special guest during a rally in Iowa on Tuesday evening, fueling speculation that former vice presidential nominee Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin (R) might endorse him, Politico reported.

When asked about Trump’s upcoming announcement and the possibility that Palin could endorse Trump on CNN’s “New Day,” Cruz spokesman Rick Tyler said he would be “deeply disappointed.”
“I think it’d be a blow to Sarah Palin, because Sarah Palin has been a champion for the conservative cause, and if she was going to endorse Donald Trump, sadly, she would be endorsing someone who’s held progressive views all their life on the sanctity of life, on marriage, on partial-birth abortion,” he said.
Some have also speculated that Liberty University President Jerry Falwell, Jr., may be the big endorser Trump has been teasing, according to Politico.
Following Tyler’s comments about Palin’s potential endorsement of Trump, Bristol Palin wrote in a blog post that she hopes her mother endorses Trump.
“After hearing what Cruz is now saying about my mom, in a negative knee-jerk reaction, makes me hope my mom does endorse Trump. Cruz’s flip-flop, turning against my mom who’s done nothing but support and help him when others sure didn’t, shows he’s a typical politician,” Bristol Palin wrote. “The audacity to suggest that because she chooses one over the other will somehow ‘damage’ her just shows arrogance.”
Sarah Palin promoted her daughter’s blog post on Facebook and Twitter.

And about an hour later, Cruz published a tweet expressing support for Palin.
I love @SarahPalinUSA Without her support, I wouldn’t be in the Senate. Regardless of what she does in 2016, I will always be a big fan.

Oh, I am sure it will be a Game Changer III. Mark Halprien is definitely going to be there to cover it, right??
Or his too busy covering the Al Gore campaign that is overtaking Hillary and Bernie?
As her family’s fortunes slip into ruin, she desperately hopes to be Trump’s Vice Presidential pick so that she can make more money.
Given that she’s the head of a train wreck of a family, endorsing Trump is the most Palin thing she could possibly do. It’s simply a bonus that it would engender so much butthurt in the Cruz camp.
Oh please please please make it Palin. We need laughs and the inevitable word salad speeches and snowbilly family escapades that will inevitably ensue will be hilarious!
Palin’s stamp of approval is not the Kiss of Death. It’s the Orgy of Death. Please Proceed, DT.
