Rick Santorum on Sunday said that as president, he would veto the Dream Act if it landed on his desk, reports Univision. Santorum previously said he opposed the Dream Act, but took the stronger position of promising a veto as the primary heads to Florida where Latino voters account for about 11% of Republican primary voters. Mitt Romney also takes this position.
