Rupert Murdoch suggested on Sunday night that he would like an alternative billionaire to Donald Trump in the 2016 presidential race, urging former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg to throw his hat into the ring.

Agree much about Bloomberg, nannystate, etc, but still a great philanthropic executive who, with Guiliani, made NY the greatest.

Since Trump decided to launch a presidential bid, Murdoch has criticized the real estate mogul both in private and on Twitter. Because if there’s on thing our political system is lacking, it’s puffed-up rich guys who can buy elections.
Not just NO, but FUCK NO.
Bloomberg is the biggest hypocrite and authoritarian dictator there is.
Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha…
Too late, Rupert. You built this psychotic spittle-flecked know-nothing lizard-brain 24% base, and now they’re thrashing around after the Orange Combover and there is. Nothing. You. Can. Do.
Gee, now in the future parents can tell their kids, “Betty, Bill, America is the greatest country in the world! Any billionaire can grow up to become President!”
Rich old white conservatives continue to find new ways to dig a deeper grave for the GOP’s final demise. This is what happens when you have income inequality. The idle rich become so bored they start doing really stupid things that put a huge target on themselves.
