Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) said Thursday that he’s done running—for re-election, for Florida governor or to be anybody’s vice president. When his senate term is up, he said, he’ll be a “private citizen.”

“I’m not going to be Vice President. I’m not running for Governor of Florida,” Rubio told reporters in Washington. “I’m going to finish up my term in the Senate. Over the next 10 months we’re gonna work really hard here and we have some things we want to achieve. And then I’ll be a private citizen in January.”

Rubio also said he wouldn’t run for re-election to his Senate seat. Rubio dropped his bid for the White House this week after losing his home state’s GOP primary to Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump.
