Thursday, Mitt Romney released a new ad in South Carolina called “Free Enterprise.” The 30-second spot features Romney attacking President Obama and his “union stooges” on the National Labor Relations Board for trying to stop Boeing from setting up shop in South Carolina.

“You’re seeing a president adopt policies which affect our economy based not upon what’s right for the American worker but instead what’s right for their politics.”

“The National Labor Relations Board, now stacked with union stooges selected by the President, says to a free enterprise like Boeing, ‘You can’t build a factory in South Carolina because South Carolina is a Right to Work state.’ That is simply un-American. It is political payback of the worst kind.”

All the candidates, though Romney and Newt Gingrich most often, have attacked Obama over the NRLB’s Boeing case, which has since been dropped. The timing for this ad is especially opportune since Obama named three appointees to the NLRB Wednesday along with Richard Cordray’s appointment.
