Mitt Romney was placed on defense at a campaign event in Nashua, New Hampshire this morning when a woman, who is apparently a member of the UAW, United Auto Workers union, asked Romney how the people of Michigan would have been better off under bankruptcy, rather than the eventual auto-bailout package instituted by President Obama.

“Bankruptcy is not going under, and losing jobs,” Romney responded, heatedly. “The president ultimately did what I suggested…it took the president five or six months to come around to that.”
