Republican National Committee chairman Reince Priebus promised Thursday that the Affordable Care Act will be the defining issue of the 2014 midterms.

The GOP, he said, will brand Democrats with the law’s more common title.

“We will make 2014 about Obamacare, and yes, we will tattoo Obamacare on each of their foreheads, and that will be what 2014 is all about,” Priebus said at a press conference.

A memo that was circulated among House Republicans this week offered a preview of the GOP’s plan of attack against the health care law.
