Google is doing some shuffling when it comes to its mergers and acquisitions division, and will be replacing the current head, David Lawee, with Don Harrison, a lawyer for the search giant, Reuters reported Friday. To be clear, Lawee will not reportedly be let go, but rather is said to be taking on the role of heading a “new late-stage investment group.” Meanwhile, Reuters notes that Harrison is an advisor to Google Ventures, the search giant’s venture capital investing spin-off.
