Utah Attorney General John Swallow (R) on Thursday afternoon plans to make a statement in the state’s capitol building, according to Fox 13 News’ Ben Winslow.
Winslow, a multimedia journalist with the Salt Lake City Fox affiliate, wrote on Twitter that Swallow would speak at 2:30 p.m. local time.
Earlier in the day, media reports said that Swallow would resign as a result of investigations into financial disclosure violations.
