Report: Jesse Jackson Jr. Resigning From Congress

Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. (D-IL), who won re-election to Congress earlier this month, will resign his seat “momentarily,” Jackson’s brother Jonathan Jackson told The Chicago Tribune on Wednesday.
