Rand Paul To Clinton: You Accept ‘Culpability For The Worst Tragedy Since 9/11’

At a Senate hearing on the Benghazi attacks Wednesday, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) told Secretary of State Hillary Clinton that her stepping down indicates that she accepts “the culpability for the worst tragedy since 9/11.”

Had he been President at the time, Paul said, he would have relieved Clinton of her post. “I think it’s inexcusable,” he said.
