Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel (D), the former Obama administration chief of staff and former member of Congress, doesn’t miss being in the White House and doesn’t miss being in Congress.

He expressed this in classic Rahm fashion.

Roll Call caught up with Emanuel after he made it through security at White House on Thursday. Asked if he missed being at the White House Rahm said, “No fucking way.”

What about Congress? Does Emanuel miss being in the House of Representatives?

“No fucking way,” Emanuel said again.

Emanuel didn’t answer every question the same way. Asked what he was doing back in Washington D.C. this time around he said “money” as he walked into the West Wing.

In the later half of November Emanuel kicked his re-election campaign into gear with a new television ad and website.
