Prosecutor Opens Preliminary Investigation Into New Strauss-Kahn Rape Allegation

A French prosecutor has opened a preliminary investigation into allegations that former IMF chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn raped a woman at the W Hotel in Washington in 2010, the Associated Press reports.
