President Obama and Mitt Romney are neck-and-neck in North Carolina, according to the latest survey by Public Policy Polling released early Monday. Romney leads Obama 49.4 percent to 49.2 percent or 457 respondents for Romney to 455 for Obama.
PPP surveyed 926 likely voters in North Carolina between Nov. 3 – 4. The poll’s margin of error is +/- 3.2 percent.
