A snap poll of Florida voters from SurveyUSA who heard the final night of speeches at the Republican National Convention didn’t pan Clint Eastwood’s performance, which even members of the Romney camp called “strange” and “weird.” In fact, 41 percent said the Eastwood speech may help Romney, while 23 percent said it hurt the candidate and 34 percent said it made no difference.

As for Romney, 61 percent of Florida voters said his nomination speech helped his chances of being elected, 15 percent said it hurt them, and 23 percent said it didn’t matter.
