Mike Pence will meet with members of the House Republican caucus on Wednesday to discuss plans to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act, according to Politico and The Hill.

He will attend the Republican conference meeting Wednesday morning, the first meeting of the conference with the new Congress.

  1. Somehow, I doubt that. At best, he will merely be green lighting that whatever they pass, Trump will sign.

    But I suspect rest of the meetings (and there will be more than one semi public one) will be on entirely different subject matter. :wink:

  4. Let’s start a pool for when reality dawns over Republicans: That by actually repealing Obamacare (not just repealing it at some indefinite time in the future), they will be committing political suicide.
