Color House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) unimpressed with the GOP’s efforts to train their incumbents on how to run against female challengers and court women voters.

“Let me just say it’s a little late,” Pelosi said Thursday, as quoted by NBC.

The National Republican Congressional Committee has been training at least 10 male GOP incumbents who are facing challenges from women, while House Speaker John Boehner’s (R-OH) staff has been giving instructions to members on how to approach their female constituents.

Boehner told reporters Thursday that his party has a problem winning over female voters.

“Some of our members just aren’t as sensitive as they ought to be,” he said.
