Rick Santorum has been floating the idea that Mitt Romney and Ron Paul are in collaboration together at the debates, and possibly even talking about being a president/vice president team. Santorum said that at this week’s debate in Arizona, “I felt like messages were being slipped behind my chair.” At an event in Michigan Sunday, Paul denied any collaboration with Romney during Wednesday’s debate in Arizona or of any kind, National Journal reports:

“I don’t know what all that meant,” Paul chuckled backstage of a rally he held here at Central Michigan University. “No, we’ve never had a conversation, anything like that… but he’s a family person, I’ve known him for five years, so it is a little bit different. But I don’t agree with [him on] hardly anything probably.”
