Appeals Court Will Expedite Oklahoma Gay Marriage Case

AP

A federal appeals court on Tuesday announced it will expedite the same-sex marriage case in Oklahoma, according to The Oklahoman.

A federal judge earlier in January struck down the state’s ban on gay marriage. The ruling was stayed while the state appeals the decision.

The same panel of judges hearing the gay marriage appeal in Utah will consider Oklahoma’s case, according to The Oklahoman.
