Investigators are still trying to understand the motives of alleged tri-state area bomber Ahmad Rahami and are looking for any clues from his past.

During a press conference Monday afternoon, Bill Sweeney, who oversees the FBI’s New York office, told reporters that “we had a report of a domestic incident some time ago. The allegations recanted. I don’t have any other information. We’ll keep digging.”

Earlier in the day, during a TV appearance on CNN, Rep. Peter King (R-NY) said that Rahami had attempted to stab his sister. It appears, though it is not certain, that King and Sweeney were referring to the same incident.

“I do know he has a criminal record, that he actually was involved in apparently attempting to stab his sister, and so he has domestic violence criminal record,” King said. “Whether convicted or just arrested, I’m not certain but I know he has a domestic violence arrest, and so he is … similar to the Boston marathon bomber as far as domestic violence.”

It was not immediately apparent when or where the incident Sweeney referred to occurred.

Im not sure but there is a report that Peter King went to bat for an IRA member.

Now King 's friend might have been a madcap bomber or he could have been a political dissident, but the idea of an US congressman giving support to such a rotten scoundrel needs to be investigated.

Think of what the children might say…,

  2. Where is Christie…?

This is his state and his resident…

Is he in hiding due to Bridgegate ?

  3. Quite likely. Bullies don’t do well when called on their bullying. Especially when there’s a court case getting attention. Probably at Cheney’s “undisclosed location.”

  4. King and Trump are cut from the same cloth: spouting unsubstantiated bullshit.

Evernotice how many times something heinous happens and the final picture is less apocalyptic than these stains initially think?
