Observer Group: ‘Serious Problems’ In Russian Presidential Election

The head of a major international election observer mission said Russia’s presidential election had “serious problems,” the Associated Press reports. Vladimir Putin rolled to victory on Sunday, keeping his hold on power for another six years. 

Meanwhile, a protest rally is planned in Moscow on Monday evening. Twelve-thousand police haved been deployed to ensure order.
