President Barack Obama is slated to mark the 50th anniversary of the “March on Washington” with a speech Wednesday on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial.
The speech will be in conjunction with the “Let Freedom Ring” festivities, a celebration of Martin Luther King’s legacy 50 years after he delivered his iconic “I Have A Dream” speech in the same place where Obama will deliver his address Wednesday. Obama’s speech is expected to begin at 2:45 p.m. ET.
