President Barack Obama will call for new reductions to nuclear arms in a speech Wednesday in Berlin, the Wall Street Journal reported.
In the speech, which will be delivered at the Brandenburg Gate, Obama will call for a reduction to nuclear arsenals by another one-third, an administration official told the Journal.
The President is expected to make specific reference to the United States and Russia, calling on the two countries reduce their nuclear arsenals beyond those required under a 2010 treaty.
Obama is scheduled to deliver the speech at 9 a.m. ET.
