Priorities USA Action is up Monday with its latest ad attacking Mitt Romney as a rich American who’s out to help other rich Americans instead of the middle class. The ad cites Romney’s income and tax rate, and his tax plan.
Here’s the script:
Mitt Romney.
He made millions off companies that went bankrupt while workers lost promised health and retirement benefits.
His own tax return from last year reveals he made twenty one million dollars, yet paid a lower tax rate than many middle class families.
Now, Romney’s proposing a huge new one hundred fifty thousand dollar tax cut for the wealthiest one percent while cutting Medicare and education for us.
Mitt Romney. If he wins, we lose.
The super PAC says the ad is the first in a new campaign running on television and online in Florida, Iowa, Ohio and Virginia.
