New York City protesters in Times Square apparently sprayed fake blood on police officers, including commissioner Bill Bratton, following the St. Louis County grand jury’s decision not to charge Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson in the shooting of Michael Brown, according to reports from the scene via Twitter.
