NY Times Correction: Dick Cheney Was Vice President, Not President

The New York Times has posted a correction for mistakenly bestowing former Vice President Dick Cheney with a more elevated title than he deserved.

The correction appeared online beneath an article published in Wednesday’s print edition that described Cheney’s trip to Capitol Hill to try to convince House Republicans to push for a strong military and avoid isolationism within the party.

  5. You can’t blame the reporter for being confused. For 8 years most of us wondered who was president and who was vice-president.
