A Nebraska woman on Tuesday filed a lawsuit against “Homosexuals,” asking a judge to decide whether “homosexuality is a sin”
Sylvia Ann Driskell claimed she is the “ambassador for plaintiffs God, and his son, Jesus Christ” and declared that “homosexuality is a sin” and that gay people violate “religious and moral law.”
Driskell hand-wrote a seven-page petition referencing the dictionary and the Bible.
“That homosexuality is a sin and that they the homosexuals know it is a sin to live a life of homosexuality. Why else would they have been hiding in the closet,” she wrote.

Honestly, the only feeling I have for this woman is pity. This suit sounds like a cry for help from someone who desperately needs it.
And what does she think that a judge is going to do? Judges have no authority over the Bible.
I look forward to reading the magistrate judge’s order dismissing this lawsuit.
Crazy lawsuits like this get filed in federal courts more often than most people realize. I’m sure there is a routine procedure for dealing with them.
I’m guessing in this case lack of federal jurisdiction?
So if I’m gay and this Republican wins, I owe her money? Cause face it, the homos stick together.
