Former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort met with special counsel Robert Mueller on Monday, according to a Politico report.
Politico spotted Manafort’s lawyers and one of the special counsel’s prosecutors grabbing lunch outside the Washington, D.C. building where Mueller’s operations are headquartered.
Manafort’s cooperation with Mueller is part of the plea agreement reached last month.
Just when you thought it was safe to go in the water again . . .
Excellent… maybe the ®s are too busy worrying about Kavanaugh to notice.
I was happy to not think about Robert Mueller for a few days. I’m sure Mueller was happy for us to not think about him for a few days. Rosenstein will be ecstatic to fly under the radar for a week.
And Trump might not get his designated protector onto the Supreme Court.
That’s full and complete cooperation. Not lying some more and holding back whatever he thinks they can’t already prove.
