President Obama leads in the state of Minnesota, according to a new poll released Friday from Democratic-leaning Public Policy Polling and commissioned by the League of Conservation Voters, the environmental organization that has endorsed the president. Obama gets 53 percent to Republican candidate Mitt Romney’s 44 percent, little changed from PPP’s early-October poll of Minnesota.

The president maintains a solid lead in the midwestern state.
