Fox host Megyn Kelly expressed disbelief at Donald Trump’s Thursday attack on the physical appearance of the wife of his presidential rival, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX).

“Seriously?” Kelly tweeted in response to the meme mocking Heidi Cruz’s looks:

The Fox host is no stranger to gendered attacks from the GOP frontrunner. Trump has retweeted posts from his supporters calling Kelly a “bimbo,” and has himself called her “crazy” and a “lightweight reporter.” In one infamous moment during the campaign, Trump suggested that Kelly directed tough questions at him during the first Republican presidential debate because she had “blood coming out of her wherever.”
