Former Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell (R) left his successor, Terry McAuliffe (D), a surprise in the governor’s mansion — a stuffed black bear in the office bathroom, according to WTVR News.
A Democratic Party of Virginia spokesperson shared the photo of the bear on Monday.

It is tradition for the outgoing governor to prank his successor in Virginia. Former Gov. Tim Kaine (D) left ringing cell phones in the walls of the mansion for McDonnell. And Mark Warner (D) left a cardboard cutout of himself for Kaine.
