Conservative radio host Mark Levin announced on Tuesday night that he will vote for Donald Trump in November, despite his previous statements that he would never support the real estate mogul.
“I’m gonna vote for Donald Trump. I’m gonna wind up voting for Donald Trump on election day,” Levin said on his radio show. “I take no responsibility for the dumb things he says or the dumb things his surrogates say.”
Levin referenced a CNN poll released Tuesday that shows Trump edging out Clinton to point out that Trump still has to strengthen his standing in battleground states.
“Trump, despite the CNN poll and so forth, has a lot of work to do to make up ground, particularly in these battleground states,” he said. “But Hillary is so awful, I just don’t know. But I’m not in the prediction business — it doesn’t matter.”
Levin’s decision to vote for Trump comes after he said in April that he would never support Trump in the general election.
“I am not voting for Donald Trump. Period,” Levin said at the time.
