New Hampshire state Rep. Marilinda Garcia (R) on Tuesday night won the Republican nomination for the state’s 2nd congressional district, according to Manchester TV station WMUR.

Garcia, who has called for impeachment on the campaign trail, got a boost from Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) just two days before the primary. The Texas senator attended a rally for Garcia Sunday in Nashua, N.H. where he dismissed opponents’ criticism of the young lawmaker as soft on immigration and healthcare, according to WMUR.

She now faces U.S. Rep. Ann Kuster (D-NH) in the general election.
