Sen. Dick Lugar (R-IN) has a TV ad tying into the arguments on health care reform at the Supreme Court this week, as he himself faces a challenge in the Republican primary coming up on May 8.
“Obamacare is wrong for America, and I believe it’s unconstitutional. That’s why, before it even passed Congress, I urged Indiana’s attorney general to launch a legal challenge against Obamacare,” Lugar says. “Today our lawsuit is before the U.S. Supreme Court. Thirty-two times I voted against Obamacare, including on Christmas Eve, and will continue to fight until Obamacare is overturned. I’m Dick Lugar, and I approve this message, because we must end Obama’s overreach of government.”
